I'm I Lan Huang, an architect, professor, and creative technologist. Born in Taiwan and raised in Argentina, I specialize in generative AI workflows and immersive experiences.
Based in Buenos Aires, I work with clients worldwide. I have successfully managed solo projects, leading design teams, and collaborating with artists and brands.
I speak in Spanish, English, Chinese, and a little bit of French.
WORK EXPERIENCE
2024 - Today
I provide design consultancy focused on generative AI workflows in multimedia production and develop XR prototypes. I also teach architectural project design and extended reality product design at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE).
2023 - 2024
I worked as a creative technologist in Erks Virtual Studio where I was in charge of looking for and create AI-powered workflows for their production pipelines. I was also part of the product design team creating XR experiences PoC and DOOH campaigns.
2022
I transitioned from architecture competitions to immersive technologies, which led me to XR design and generative AI. This shift allowed me to explore multimedia content production and human-computer interaction (HCI) experimentation in depth.
2017
Joined Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) as a adjunct professor.
2016 - 2018
After earning my architecture degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (FADU), I spent two years as a project designer at Estudio Aisenson, one of Argentina’s leading firms, where I led and collaborated on award‑winning competition entries.
2014
I began my teaching career as a professor’s assistant at the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
